The following services are subject to approval for HCP, NDIS, ComPacks and CHSP clients. As we need to follow the care plan allocated by the providers.
All services are available to anyone via a private agreement. If you would like to discuss this option, please contact the office on 02 6967 1581
Domestic Assistance
Assistance with Daily cleaning tasks such as; dishes, washing, hanging out clothes, folding, vacuuming, ironing, mopping, putting the bins out, dusting, cleaning the bathroom and toilet, wiping down benches.
Yard Maintenance
Lawn mowing and other yard maintenance duties carried out by a local contactor.
Social Support
Help clients engage with the community and friends. This can look like going around for a cuppa and a chat, or heading out for lunch with a friend, we assist them to leave the house and explore their social side.
Transport
If you or a loved one have no way of getting around, let us assist you by driving you to any appointments you may have.
This is also applicable for things such as groceries or social outings.
Personal Care
Stand by Assistance, Partially Assisted or Full Assistance Showering. Staff are trained to monitor you or a loved one and aid you/them in completing showering at home. Consisting of Showering, Drying, Toileting when needed and dressing.
Medication Prompting
Medication is very important in keeping your health on track. If you find medication is getting missed, we can prompt daily medication as required - this is only applicable via a webster pack, pre packed medication prescribed by your doctor and set out by a pharmacist
